The Start command starts all the DCE daemons needed to run DCE-based applications. Use this command when you know that all DCE daemons have stopped. The most likely case where you will need to start DCE daemons is when you reboot your system and you have not configured DCE to Auto Start.
Note: If only some of the DCE daemons are running, indicating a problem with DCE, use the Restart command to stop and then restart all daemons.
