Retry the Operation

Some errors occur when DCE configuration data is corrupted due to a transitory condition in the environment. The error may not recur if you retry the operation.

If DCEsetup encountered errors during configuration:

 Pull down the Configuration menu, choose the same configuration option as before, and try the configuration again.

If DCEsetup encountered errors while starting the DCE services:

1. Pull down the Administration menu and choose Clean….

 This command stops any active DCE services and deletes all temporary local DCE databases.

2. Pull down the Administration menu and choose Start….
