registry object not found (dce / sec)

User Action:
Requesting Other's Access, or adding a user, group, or cell entry.

Meaning:
The name you specified for viewing another's access, or the entry (user, group, or cell) that you were trying to add to the ACL cannot be found in the applicable registry.

Corrective Action:
Check that the following conditions exist, and if they do not correct them:

1. The entry name for the user, group, or cell is spelled correctly.

2. The entry is in the registry of the cell that you specified for the user or group, or is in the registry of your cell, if you specified cell. In the case of a cell, the principal krbtgt/cellname must exist locally.

3. A trust relationship between the home cell and the cell containing the user or group has been established. Check to see if the principal name, krbtgt/other cell, for the other cell, is in your local cell's registry as a principal. If the principal name is not in the registry, you do not have a trust relationship with that cell.
